DIDACTIC POTENTIAL OF AUTHENTIC MATERIALS FOR DEVELOPING FOREIGN LANGUAGE COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE IN LANGUAGE CLASSES

چکیده

The article deals with the expediency of using authentic materials in foreign language classes to develop students' communicative competence. concepts "authenticity" and "authentic materials" are analyzed. It is determined that come from country whose being studied primarily intended for native speakers, therefore they distinguished by originality lexical composition, grammatical forms structures, reflect content situations correspond mentality norms country. clarified these include printed texts such as newspapers, magazines, literary works, announcements, advertising brochures, etc.; audio radio broadcasts, podcasts, songs; video news reports, advertisements, interviews, artistic documentary films, etc. possible ways printed, audio, stages methods working different types presented, which ensure their use classes. Criteria selecting have been defined: correspondence proficiency level, age, interests students; orientation material towards development sociocultural competencies; suitable format allows didactic possibilities. advantages summarized: increased motivation students learn a language; learning through examples its real-life situations; familiarization country-specific features, culture, traditions, realities, people; creating relaxed atmosphere class stimulates interest, cognitive anticipation, imagination; uniqueness enhances attention, develops memory, promotes effective assimilation material. disadvantages, large amount time required searching meet all criteria, developing tasks materials, identified. has perspective further work complex educational based on sources testing
